Note: You will want to remember the email address you use to create your account and your password to log in in the future.

Click the Create an Account link and enter your information. When your information is complete, click 'Create Account.' Your email address will serve as your username and you will be able to create a password. Make a note of your password and email address to log in in the future.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Click the forgot my password link and follow the prompts.

For nursing CE credits:

Wisconsin Nurses Association
Wisconsin Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

For Social Work CE credits:

National Association of Social Workers (Provider# 886610521)

Each course description lists the accrediting agency for that course.

Will these courses count for my recertification?

It is your responsibility to check with your state licensing agency to verify that these course offerings will meet your district and/or state requirements for salary advancement and/or state certificate re-licensure.

How do I start a CE course?

There are two ways to start a course.

1. You may view the course materials for free and then purchase the course to take the exam and print your certificate of completion.

OR

2. You may purchase the course first and then access the course materials using the ‘My Courses’ tab. You then return to ‘My Courses’ page to take your exam and to print the certificate.

Can I print the course materials to read them offline?

Yes.

You may print the course materials (except for webinars) to read offline and then return to the site to take the exam. You can access the materials before or after you pay for the course.

What if I want to log off in the middle of a test? What if I want to return later to take a test?

To begin a test you have not yet taken, login and select ‘My Courses’. Then select 'Take Exam.' You can interrupt the test at any time and come back later to complete, however your answers will not be saved.

How long do I have to complete a course?

You must complete the course by the deadline listed at the bottom of each individual course description. Once you successfully complete a course (i.e., score 80% or higher on the exam), you will be able to print your certificate indefinitely from your user account. There is no time limit on printing certificates.

How do I get my certificate of completion?

Once you have taken the course exam and scored 80% or higher, you will be able to print your certificate from your user account. NOTE: The information on your certificate will match the information that is on your user account when you “Buy” the course. This information cannot EVER be changed (for this course) after the exam is completed.

How is my exam scored?

After clicking ‘Submit’ on the exam page, you will instantly receive your score.

What if I don’t pass the exam?

You may retake the exam as many times as you like to obtain a passing score of 80% or higher. Each question is weighted equally to total 100%. If you do not pass, you can choose to retake the test.
